Online booking has arrived.

Over the last year or two, I've tried a few different online booking systems and processes. I've finally settled on the Wix native app/web page to ensure everyone's seamless process. So far, it is looking pretty good and is very straightforward to manage for both client and yours truly.

As I always like to keep a watchful eye over the diary (something that began as a result of the pandemic and wants to ensure appointments are suitably spaced out), you'll notice that if you use the system, it's a 'request to book' option. From my end, the request comes through to the app; I can approve or deny/reschedule at the click of a button.

Once I've clicked approve, I then send my address details straight through to your email address. You'll also see on the booking form; there's a COVID-19 health questionnaire to complete - those of you who have booked with me before know that I used to send these via text. Once the form is complete, I get the info, and you're good to go.

24 hours before your appointment, you will get an email reminder that will also link to the COVD form. If nothing has changed since you booked it, then you don't need to fill it in again. There is an option for text reminders, but out of discretion for some clients, I have disabled this feature. Glad to say that it is very, very rare for someone not to show up.
