You are required to pay a 50% deposit if you are a new client. Once you have attended one appointment, deposits are no longer needed.

This was brought in due to an excessive amount of no-shows and last-minute cancellations with blatant disregard for my business therefore, whilst this creates extra work for me (and as a sole trader, this increases my workload even more) I am left with no alternative.

There are no exceptions to new client deposits. If you are not in a position to pay a deposit online - then unfortunately I will not be able to accept a booking from you.

Payment links are created manually by me and then sent either via email or WhatsApp/Text - you will be given ample time to pay this deposit however if you do not pay your deposit within the allotted time your appointment will be declined - as will any future bookings.

You are welcome to remain naked for a few minutes after your massage if you wish.

My approach is always laid-back, and I work at a pace that suits you. I want you to leave feeling relaxed; I always schedule appointments with enough time to avoid feeling rushed.
