BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
These policies exist to protect your booking and ensure every client gets the full, undivided experience they've paid for.
To ensure everyone has a pleasant, respectful, and professional experience, please read this Booking and Cancellation Policy for all appointments. By booking, you are agreeing to these terms. This is the only page on the website where you will find the ‘rules’ to follow.
Checking In
Once you’ve booked, please check in to confirm your appointment. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, please use the reminder email link to check in by 6 pm the night before. For appointments within 24 hours, please check in as soon as possible before your slot. If you haven’t checked in within a reasonable time frame before your appointment starts, the appointment might need to be released. Clients who consistently miss check-ins without notice may not be able to rebook. Please note that there are no exceptions to the requirement to check in. My system will clearly show when an email has been opened, read and when links have been clicked.
Arrival
Arriving 5–10 minutes early means you can settle in, use the shower if you'd like, and start your session feeling completely relaxed rather than rushed.
Running Late
If you're running late and haven't been in touch, that time will come out of your session rather than your therapist's next appointment. If it becomes a pattern, future bookings may not be possible.
No Shows
I will wait up to 10 minutes past your appointment start time, after which you will be classed as a no-show. No-shows will be charged in full — without exception — and future bookings won't be possible. This protects a slot that another client could have used.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to pay the full amount for any future bookings. Just a heads-up: if consistently booking and cancelling becomes a pattern, I will not be able to accept any further bookings from you. When you book, you agree to be available at the time you requested. I know things can change, but it is important for me to have some rules and guidelines to keep my business running smoothly.
Declined Bookings
I have the authority to cancel or decline bookings if the behaviour does not match this policy or if any information on the booking form is not truthful or could endanger health and safety. Since I am welcoming clients into my apartment, I will also refuse bookings if a potential client might cause trouble or concern for myself and my home, or if they do not align with my business values, such as making calls or texts after working hours, sending inappropriate messages or emails, expecting escort services or making advances.
Prior to your Arrival
Please arrive freshly showered. There is a shower available on-site if you'd like to use it before your session
Behaviour and Boundaries
Everything offered here is clearly described on the website. The session operates within those boundaries, and that's where it stays. Any behaviour that goes beyond what's offered, unsolicited advances, attempting to redirect the session, or pressure of any kind, will end the appointment. There are no second chances for this type of breach.
Professionalism:
Please understand that our relationship is strictly professional. I am committed to providing you with a high-quality massage experience, but this does not extend beyond the boundaries of a therapeutic service. This is a professional service with clear limits. Mutual touch and a sensual ending are part of what's on offer, but nothing beyond that. Any attempt to take things further will end the session immediately, and future bookings won't be possible.
While touch is permitted and a sensual ending is part of the service, this is where the boundary firmly lies. This is a professional service, not a counselling or identity-exploration session. I'm here to give you a great massage and send you home feeling better than when you arrived.
Communication:
These boundaries apply not only during your appointment but also across all forms of communication, including email, phone calls, and text messages. Please keep all communication professional and practical — booking questions, directions, and scheduling. Don't use pre-booking messages to request specific acts or describe sexual preferences. Anything along those lines will result in cancellation. I value open and transparent communication, but it must remain professional at all times.
This section of the policy also addresses individuals who attempt to contact me at unsuitable hours. It is your responsibility to ensure that all calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages are sent exclusively during business hours.
Respect for the Service:
A friendly reminder that you are booking a professional massage service designed to help you relax sensually, relieve stress and improve your physical health. I am here to create a safe and comfortable space for you to unwind, but please remember that I will not engage in or tolerate any actions that could compromise the quality of the service or my own comfort.
