BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To uphold the integrity and efficiency of my appointment scheduling, I have established the following Booking and Cancellation Policy. This policy is accessible via a link on the booking page and is also included in every appointment confirmation email. By securing an appointment with me, you signify your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.
CHECKING IN: After booking your appointment, you must check in to confirm your attendance. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, you will receive a reminder email containing a link that you must use to check in no less than 12 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away or on the same day, you must check in a minimum of 4 hours before; otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled, and someone else will be offered the slot. The check-in link is included in your confirmation email titled 'Here's your appointment info'.
YOUR ARRIVAL: Please arrive a few minutes early, but no more than 10, to allow yourself time to get undressed and comfortable. For instance, if you have booked an appointment for 10 a.m., I expect you to be undressed and ready for your massage at that time.
RUNNING LATE: If you are running late, please be courteous and inform me at least 10 minutes in advance. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Any lateness will be deducted from your massage time to ensure that other clients' appointments are not affected.
NO SHOWS: There is a strict cut-off for No-Show Clients. I will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment start time for you to arrive (this is assuming you have not contacted me out of courtesy to alert me to your running late). After this period, you will be marked as a no-show in my system. I will not accept any future bookings from you, and you will be invoiced for my time.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice, so I can offer the slot to another client. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, any future bookings will require full payment at the time of booking.
A POLITE REQUEST: Please arrive at my studio freshly showered. You are welcome to use my shower facilities, but please let me know beforehand, so I can provide a fresh towel. You are also expected to arrive a few minutes early to accommodate showering time.
YOUR BEHAVIOUR: You agree to treat me with respect at all times. Failure to do so may result in the early termination of your appointment, and full payment will be required. Be advised that this is not an escort service, and any attempt to solicit such services will, again, result in the termination of your appointment or the cancellation of any booked services. Please note that this also relates to any email, phone or text communications - any reference to sex will automatically disqualify you from being accepted for an appointment.
DECLINED BOOKINGS: I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking request for various reasons. These include, but are not limited to, behaviour that is inconsistent with the policies outlined for visiting my home studio—please see 'Your Behaviour' above for details. I also reserve the right to decline bookings if I believe that the information provided on the booking form is not honest, particularly concerning contagious conditions. Additionally, bookings may be declined if they would compromise the health and safety policies regarding the working height and weight limitations of the massage table or any conditions that would compromise the safety of you the client or me the Massage Therapist.
