BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

The following Booking and Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience. By booking, you agree to these terms.

 

Checking In

After booking, you must check in to confirm your appointment. For appointments over 24 hours away, use the reminder email link to check in at least 12 hours prior. For appointments within 24 hours, check-in at least 4 hours before your slot. Failure to check in on time will result in cancellation and disqualification from future bookings.

 

Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to be undressed and ready at the scheduled time. For example, if your appointment is at 10 a.m., you should be undressed and prepared to start by 10 a.m.

 

Running Late

If you’re running late, notify me at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Unannounced lateness will be deducted from your session time, and repeated occurrences may lead to cancellations.

 

No Shows

I will wait a maximum of 10 minutes past your appointment start time. If you haven’t arrived or contacted me within this period, you’ll be marked as a no-show, disqualified from future bookings, and invoiced for the session and payment due by the end of the same day. There are no exceptions.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Full payment is required for future bookings if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Declined Bookings

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings based on behaviour inconsistent with this policy or any information provided on the booking form that is dishonest or compromises health and safety.

 

Polite Request

Please arrive freshly showered. If you need to use my shower facilities, inform me beforehand so I can provide a fresh towel. Make sure to arrive a few minutes early to accommodate showering.

Behaviour and Boundaries

Please treat me with respect at all times, both during our sessions and in any communication leading up to or following your appointment. This is a professional massage service, and my top priority is maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

 

Professionalism:

Please understand that our relationship is strictly professional. I am committed to providing you with a high-quality massage experience, but this does not extend beyond the boundaries of a therapeutic service. Any attempts to engage in a personal or sexual relationship beyond the sensual aspects of your massage will result in the immediate termination of the session and permanent disqualification from future appointments.

 

Inappropriate Behaviour:

Any inappropriate behaviour, such as making suggestive comments, unsolicited physical advances, or attempting to solicit services beyond those offered, will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to, any form of propositioning, suggestive remarks, or actions that make me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. If such behaviour occurs, the session will be ended immediately, and you will be required to leave.

 

While touch is permitted and a sensual ending is part of the service, this is where the boundary firmly lies. If you are questioning your sexuality or on a personal journey of self-discovery, I respect that; however, it is not my role to help you explore or develop that aspect of your life, nor to engage in any behaviour beyond the professional service provided.

 

Communication:

These boundaries apply not only during your appointment but also across all forms of communication, including email, phone calls, and text messages. Any reference to sexual content or services in your communications will result in the cancellation of your appointment and disqualification from future bookings. I value open and transparent communication, but it must remain professional at all times.

 

Respect for the Service:

Please remember that you are booking a professional massage service that focuses on sensual relaxation, stress relief, and physical well-being. I am here to provide a safe space where you can unwind and feel at ease, but I will not engage in or tolerate any actions that compromise the integrity of the service or my personal comfort.

 

By booking a session with me, you acknowledge and agree to uphold these boundaries, ensuring a respectful and professional interaction at all times. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the high standards of Male Massage Surrey.
