Naturist massage combines relaxing Swedish Massage, some additional massage techniques and naturism. It's a hugely popular relaxing form of Massage Therapy whereby the therapist (yours truly) is also completely naked during your treatment.


In recent years, a growing number of men have begun seeking the help of skilled massage therapists who specialise in this type of treatment, who can work through both physical and mental tension, all while boosting circulation and reducing stress. I have been offering naturist massages for almost ten years, which is why my clients return time after time to experience a zen-like experience.

A naturist massage is excellent at inducing relaxation for both body and mind. It allows you to feel more comfortable in the present moment while lying back carefree in a warm, relaxing room. Your experience is heightened by warm, soothing massage oil and soft music playing while relaxing naked on a very comfortable massage table.


Unlike standard treatments like sports massage or deep tissue massage, the Naturist massage technique uses long strokes and pressure to help you de-stress. In my experience, both being naked helps the client feel comfortable and at ease, especially as I can work physically closer to my clients. This does mean there is a little more body contact. Please note this is not a body-to-body sexual service; however, when working closely & combined with being naked, it is inevitable that you will feel me against you at some point, especially if you're positioned correctly - legs shoulder width apart and arms & hands relaxed by your sides.


With this style of massage that is usually, as I'm reaching over your upper body or when massaging calves, I always find it helps that clients are aware that this will happen, so they don't get shocked if they feel something brushing against them; as I am constantly moving during my naturist massages, something will inevitably swing in your direction. To allow me to work freely and unobstructed I do ask clients to refrain from grabbing or touching. The goal is for you to be completely relaxed.

How to prepare for your appointment.

When you're planning for your naturist massage appointment, there are a few things that you'll want to do beforehand.

It is always recommended to shower before you arrive. You can use my shower facilities if you need to freshen up (please let me know before your appointment if you would like to take advantage of a quick shower). Remember that you're asking someone else to touch you, so be as fresh as possible.

Avoid eating anything at least two hours before your appointment. In addition, refrain from drinking at least one hour before the massage. This will make it easier for me to work on specific areas without becoming too sensitive or sore.


What to expect during the appointment and afterwards

A good massage therapist will always ask you about any health conditions or injuries that you might have before beginning the session and focus on those areas that need the most attention. Please let me know if there are any contraindications I should be aware of at the time of booking or when you arrive for your massage. You should not come for your massage if you have recently tested positive for COVID, have any injury that may be worsened by massage or have any skin condition that is either contagious or infected.


During your massage, you can expect me to focus on the areas of your body that are particularly tense or tight. I will typically work out any kinks while at the same time attempting to improve blood flow. I recommend having your arms by your sides as I work around your body; that said, there is an arm cradle below the head support if you wish. Legs should be roughly shoulder-width apart to allow me room to massage the entire length of your hamstrings, inner thighs ( I will massage the whole length of the thigh, which is often overlooked in most massages), and glutes (cheeks only); again, this is personal preference; you can have your legs slightly wider or closer, whatever is comfortable for you. I have a bolster on which you can rest your feet when you're face down, which takes some pressure off the lower back. This is also optional, so please let me know if you'd prefer not to have it.

There is no requirement to wear any clothing (i.e. underwear) during your massage, but a towel can cover you if you wish, or you can embrace the feeling of being completely naked and free. I've mentioned erections in another blog post so I won't cover that here, but suffice it to say, they are incredibly normal, and I see them all the time; please don't let it bother you if you start to head north. Just lay back and go with the flow.

The most popular durations for my naturist massages typically range from 60-90 minutes. If you've never had a naturist massage before, you may want to start with a 45-minute appointment.

Afterwards, you'll feel fully relaxed and relieved of all tension, not to mention refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.

Aftercare tips.

After your naturist massage, it's essential to follow some aftercare recommendations. Drink plenty of fluids (water) in the hours following your appointment to help flush out toxins and promote healing.

You may also experience some soreness or discomfort in the days after your session. If this is the case, be sure to ice the area or consider an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen (this does not replace or constitute professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor before taking any medications).

Finally, giving yourself time to relax and recuperate after your massage is essential. Avoid scheduling anything too strenuous for the next few days, and allow your body to rest and rejuvenate. You should also not ingest stimulants or alcohol for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
